Print-Ready File Checklist

Your canvas must be 22 inches wide and exactly as long as the selected size. A 22x60 order requires a 22 × 60-inch file.
A transparent PNG at 300 DPI and actual print size is recommended.
AI, PDF and SVG vector files are also accepted.
Everything that is not transparent will print, so remove any unwanted white background.
Check the artwork placement, resolution and canvas dimensions before uploading.

Turnaround and Shipping

What is a DTF gang sheet?

A DTF gang sheet combines multiple designs on one 22-inch-wide sheet of transfer film. It helps you print several logos, names or graphics together while making efficient use of the available print area.

How much is a 22x60 DTF gang sheet?

A 22x60 DTF gang sheet is $24 at DTF 724. You can build the layout online or upload a completed 22 × 60-inch print-ready file.

What file should I upload?

For the best print quality, upload a transparent PNG at 300 DPI and actual print size. AI, PDF and SVG vector files are also accepted. When uploading a completed gang sheet, the canvas must be 22 inches wide and exactly as long as the selected sheet size. Anything that is not transparent, including a white background, will print.

How fast do you print and ship?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, are printed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or during the weekend are processed on the next business day. Local pickup orders are generally ready within 24 hours; please wait for the ready-for-pickup confirmation before arriving.

Is there a minimum order?

No. DTF 724 has no minimum order requirement. You can order one individual transfer or one gang sheet. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

What materials do DTF transfers work on?

DTF transfers work on cotton, polyester, blends, leather, canvas, nylon, and many other fabrics. Because they don’t require pre-treatment, they apply cleanly even on dark or textured garments.

How long do DTF transfers last after washing?

Our DTF transfers are designed for long-term durability, designed to stay vibrant and flexible when pressed and cared for according to the included instructions.

What heat press settings should I use for DTF transfers?

We recommend: 305°F (152°C), firm pressure, 10–15 seconds, cold peel. Since garments and heat presses can vary, test a small area before starting a full production run.

Can I press DTF transfers with a home iron or Cricut Easy Press?

While it may work in some cases, we strongly recommend using a real heat press. Proper temperature consistency and firm pressure are essential for professional results and long-term durability.

Do you offer custom-sized DTF prints or gang sheets?

Choose a 22-inch-wide gang sheet from 10 to 1,000 inches long, or order an individual transfer from 2 to 13 inches wide. Need another size? Email info@dtf724.com before placing your order.

What type of artwork file should I upload for best results?

For the cleanest prints, upload artwork in PNG (transparent background), 300 DPI, or a high-quality vector file (AI, PDF, SVG). Our system also supports JPG and WEBP, but transparent PNGs produce the best edges.
