These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of dtf724.com (the “Site”) and your purchase or use of products and services offered by Kenzal Customized LLC, doing business as VA Center DTF (“VA Center DTF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By visiting the Site, creating an account, uploading artwork, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any additional terms presented during checkout.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site or place an order.
1. Our Online Store
Our ecommerce store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the platform that allows us to offer and sell products and services.
The Site may include products and services such as:
- Custom DTF transfers
- Ready-to-press DTF transfers
- Custom gang sheets
- Gang sheet builder services
- Custom apparel
- Personalized printing products
- Artwork upload and customization tools
- Related printing products and services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit any part of the Site or our services at any time, subject to applicable law.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of legal majority in your state or country to enter into a binding agreement.
If you allow a minor to use the Site under your supervision, you accept responsibility for their activity and purchases.
You may not use our products or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, dimensions, photographs, pricing, and availability accurately.
However:
- Screen and monitor settings may cause colors to appear differently.
- DTF printing colors may vary from digital artwork or on-screen previews.
- Minor differences may occur between production runs.
- Product photographs may be for illustrative purposes.
- Measurements may be subject to minor commercially reasonable production tolerances.
- The appearance of a transfer may change after application to different garment colors or materials.
These normal variations are not necessarily considered manufacturing defects.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information without prior notice.
4. Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.
We may reject, limit, hold, or cancel an order for reasons including:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
- Pricing or product information errors
- Product or material unavailability
- Technical problems
- Incomplete or unusable artwork
- Intellectual property concerns
- Prohibited or unlawful content
- Inability to complete production as requested
- Violation of these Terms
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable canceled amount to the original payment method.
We may contact you to verify your identity, payment information, artwork, address, or order specifications before production.
5. Custom Orders and Production
Many of our products are manufactured specifically according to customer instructions. Custom orders may enter production shortly after they are submitted.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before checkout, including:
- Product type
- Transfer dimensions
- Gang sheet dimensions
- Quantity
- Artwork
- Resolution and image quality
- Spelling and text
- Colors
- Background transparency
- Garment size and color
- Placement instructions
- Shipping address
Once production begins, an order may not be changed or canceled.
If we provide an artwork proof, production may not begin until the proof is approved. Once a proof is approved, the customer accepts responsibility for all visible design details contained in that proof.
If no proof is requested or provided, the artwork and specifications submitted with the order will be treated as the customer’s approved production instructions.
6. Customer Artwork and File Requirements
Customers are responsible for submitting artwork that is suitable for printing.
Low-resolution, blurred, pixelated, improperly sized, compressed, or incorrectly prepared artwork may result in reduced print quality. Enlarging a low-resolution image does not necessarily improve its quality.
Unless an artwork editing or design service is expressly purchased, VA Center DTF is not responsible for correcting:
- Spelling or grammatical errors
- Low-resolution images
- Incorrect dimensions
- Unwanted backgrounds
- Incorrect colors
- Poor image quality
- Missing design elements
- Incorrect transparency
- Artwork placement errors
- Customer-created gang sheet errors
We may contact you when an obvious technical problem is detected, but we are not obligated to identify every error in customer-submitted artwork.
7. Artwork Ownership and Authorization
You retain ownership of original artwork that you submit, subject to any third-party rights.
By uploading or submitting artwork, text, photographs, logos, trademarks, or other content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the content; or
- You have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and authorizations to use and reproduce it;
- Production of the content will not infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights;
- The content does not violate applicable law.
You grant VA Center DTF and its production and technology providers a limited, non-exclusive license to access, store, reproduce, modify for technical production purposes, and use the submitted content only as reasonably necessary to:
- Prepare the artwork
- Generate previews
- Build gang sheets
- Produce the ordered products
- Fulfill the order
- Provide support
- Process reprints, returns, refunds, or disputes
- Maintain required business records
Uploading artwork does not transfer ownership of that artwork to VA Center DTF.
8. Prohibited Content
You may not submit or request production of content that:
- Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
- Is illegal, fraudulent, threatening, or defamatory
- Promotes unlawful activity
- Contains malicious software or harmful code
- Exploits or endangers children
- Violates another person’s privacy or publicity rights
- Is otherwise prohibited by Shopify or applicable law
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order that we reasonably believe contains prohibited or unauthorized content.
If you believe your intellectual property has been used without authorization, contact vacenterdtf@gmail.com with a description of the work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, and a statement explaining your rights.
A formal DMCA safe-harbor process requires additional steps, including registering a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office; the email statement above alone does not establish that registration. U.S. Copyright Office
9. Ready-Made Designs and Site Content
Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a physical transfer or printed product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or grant permission to reproduce, copy, redistribute, resell, digitize, or commercially license the design.
All Site content, including graphics, photographs, branding, layouts, text, icons, logos, and original designs owned by VA Center DTF, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Customers may use purchased physical transfers and products for their intended purpose but may not copy or extract our Site content or design files without written permission.
10. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to:
- Change prices at any time
- Correct pricing errors
- Modify promotions
- Limit quantities
- End discounts or special offers
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customization fees, and other charges will be displayed during checkout when required.
You represent that:
- The payment information you provide is accurate;
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method;
- You will pay all charges associated with your order.
Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments or other authorized third-party payment providers.
11. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes:
- May be subject to expiration dates and additional restrictions
- Cannot be combined unless expressly stated
- Have no cash value
- Cannot be applied retroactively
- May exclude certain products or services
- May be canceled in cases of fraud, misuse, or technical error
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions subject to applicable law.
12. Shipping and Delivery
Production and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
Delivery may be affected by:
- Order volume
- Artwork issues
- Customer approval delays
- Product availability
- Carrier delays
- Severe weather
- Holidays
- Incorrect addresses
- Events outside our reasonable control
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If we cannot ship within a promised timeframe, applicable law may require us to obtain the customer’s agreement to the delay or provide a refund for the unshipped merchandise. FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule

13. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, exchanges, reprints, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Custom DTF transfers, gang sheets, custom apparel, and personalized products are generally non-returnable unless damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or materially different from the approved order specifications.
Because custom orders may enter production quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed after artwork preparation or production has started.

Customers are responsible for following the application, heat-pressing, peeling, washing, and care instructions supplied with the product or published on the Site.
Results may vary based on:
- Heat press calibration
- Temperature
- Pressure
- Pressing duration
- Garment material
- Peeling method
- Repressing method
- Washing and drying
- Storage conditions
VA Center DTF is not responsible for failed applications caused by incorrect equipment, settings, techniques, incompatible materials, or failure to follow the provided instructions.
We recommend performing a test application before beginning a large production run.
15. Customer Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or violations of these Terms.
16. Third-Party Tools and Services
The Site may use third-party services for:
- Shopify ecommerce functionality
- Payments
- Product customization
- Gang sheet creation
- File uploading
- Shipping
- Analytics
- Advertising
- Customer support
Third-party tools may be provided under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Links to external websites are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute endorsement.
17. Privacy
Our collection, processing, and sharing of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy:

18. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly provided by us or required by applicable law, the Site and services are provided on an “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that:
- The Site will always be uninterrupted or error-free
- Every display will represent printed colors exactly
- Customer-submitted artwork will produce a particular result
- Third-party tools or carriers will always operate without interruption
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VA Center DTF, Kenzal Customized LLC, and their owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Site or products.
Where permitted by law, our total liability relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability resulting from fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or other non-excludable obligations.
20. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify VA Center DTF and Kenzal Customized LLC against third-party claims, damages, losses, or reasonable expenses resulting from:
- Artwork or content you submit
- Your infringement of intellectual property or other rights
- Your unlawful use of the Site
- Your material violation of these Terms
This provision does not require you to indemnify us for claims caused by our own unlawful conduct.
21. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or services if you materially violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, submit unlawful content, or create a security risk.
Termination does not eliminate payment obligations or other responsibilities that arose before termination.
Sections relating to intellectual property, payment, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and governing law will survive termination where appropriate.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in this section removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived or limits protections provided by the laws applicable to a customer’s location.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain effective.
24. No Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and other policies displayed on the Site, constitute the agreement between you and VA Center DTF concerning the use of the Site and purchase of our products and services.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, regulatory, or service changes.
The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
