How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the continental United States typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination and selected shipping service. Custom or high-volume orders may require additional processing time. Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships.
How much is shipping? Where do you ship to?
We offer FREE shipping to 20+ countries around the world. If you can enter your address at checkout, we can ship to you! We'll be sure to send the correct plug type for your country, too.
Can you tell me more about your shipping process?
After your order is placed, we review the order details and artwork before production. Your products are then prepared, quality-checked, carefully packaged, and handed over to the selected shipping carrier. Once the package is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
How can I track my order?
We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been shipped. Please track your order using our tracking page.
Will I pay customs?
In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.

We work to reduce unnecessary material waste by carefully planning production and using packaging efficiently whenever practical. Materials and packaging may vary depending on the product and supplier. If you need specific information about a product’s materials, sourcing, or packaging, please contact us before ordering.
Can I see your certificates?
Product documentation and certificate availability may vary depending on the material, blank garment, or product selected. If you require specific documentation for a business, school, organization, or special project, please contact us with the product name and intended use. Our team will confirm what information is available.
Where are your products made?
Custom DTF transfers and apparel orders are prepared and fulfilled by our team in Chantilly, Virginia. Some blank garments, transfer materials, and other components may be sourced from third-party manufacturers located in the United States or other countries. Every completed order is inspected before shipment.
Do you offer samples of your product?
Sample availability depends on the product, customization requirements, and order quantity. If you would like to review a sample before placing a larger order, contact us with your artwork, preferred product, size, and quantity. Our team will let you know the available options and any applicable costs.
